I met Hal many years ago at the Anchor Inn, probably in the early 80's. I shot pool, or thought i did. Hal over the years made me a pretty good pool shooter from all the lessons he gave me. Everyone loved Hal, always smiling & laughing. He was a great pool player. We played for years on a pool league. We would have sunday softball games at the local elementary school. Playing soft ball in the heat after drinking the night before was rough, but we always had a blast. I hadn't seen Hal in quite a few years, my heart breaks to hear of his passing, so many great memories with Hal. May GOD bless your family during this very difficult time. RIP my friend. You will be missed.
