Obituary of Elsie Padilla

Elsie Padilla passed away peacefully on March 2, 2022, at the age of 92. She was preceded in death by her husband Melcor Padilla and grandson Stanley Padilla. Elsie is remembered by her children Irene, her husband Henry, Sylvester, Robert Lee, Stanley, his wife Lillian, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, two sisters, Mellie, and Albie.

Most of Elsie’s accomplishments were as a mother and wife, but she also worked at various times. In her retirement years she enjoyed going out for lunches and dinners with her sisters and nieces. She also enjoyed going to the casino with friends and family. For years she brought the whole family together for Sunday breakfast at her house.

Services will be held on April 6, 2022, at 9:00am at Holy Family Catholic Church. Located at 562 Atrisco Dr SW Albuquerque NM. Reception to follow at the parish hall.
