Obituary of Sabrina Leigh Jennings

Sabrina Leigh Jennings passed away suddenly of a heart attack on June 23, 2022.  She was born on October 6, 1980 in Astoria Oregon to Billy and Denise Jennings.   Sabrina’s father was in the Coast Guard so she moved frequently.  She made friends easily and continued her relationships with them on face book.  

She relocated to New Mexico from Oklahoma in 2000.  She married Michael Telles on June 7, 2003.  They welcomed their daughter Annabelle and their family was complete.  However as with life the were divorced after a few years.  Sabrina obtained an associate’s degree from the University of New Mexico and became a substitute teacher and worked for Los Lunas and Belen school district until her illness in 2015.  

Sabrina is predeceased by her maternal grandparents Norris and Theda Kerby, parental grandfather Frank Jennings, maternal aunts Juanita Switzer, Genevie Cook and Doris Tracy and cousins Justin Seebeck, Heather Tedford and Paul Gilman.  She is survived by her parents and daughter, brothers Nathaniel Jennings, Christopher Jennings parental grandmother Leta Sarten and many wonderful aunts and uncles and cousins.   

Memorial service will be held at Riverside Funeral Home 820 Main Street NE, Los Lunas NM on July 9, 2022 at 11:00 am.  The funeral reception will follow in the meeting room at Western Skies Hotel 2258 sun Ranch Village Loop SW, Los Lunas, NM 87031.
