Obituary of Chequille Monae Agnes

Chequille Monae Agnes was called home by her creator and savior on August 11, 2022.

Chequille was born in Austin, TX,  on August 15, 1991. She was adopted and came to live in the home of Eugene and Linda Agnes.

She attended Moriarty High School in Moriarty, NM, but graduated from Gilbert L. Sena Charter High School in 2010.

She attended TVI Community College, where she majored in the film industry and mechanical drawing.

She enjoyed several years as a soccer player and goalie in her elementary years.

She also enjoyed working in the haunted cornfield at McCall’s Pumpkin Patch in Moriarty. She enjoyed riding her horse Popeye at the family home. She loved her pet dogs. She had five of them in her lifetime.

She is preceded in death by her father Eugene Agnes, her Grandmother, Anita Agnes-Reese, and her Aunt, VeraAnn Madison – Pouncil.

Chequille is survived by her Mother, Linda Agnes; six brothers and sisters, Eugene Gilbert Agnes II, Cheryl Agnes, Jane Cunningham, Daryl K. Agnes Sr., Cynthia Agnes-Renfro, D'Mitri Agnes, 13+ nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends that she called family.
