Obituary of Margie Trujillo Archuleta

Margie Trujillo Archuleta, of Santa Fe, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2022 with her children at her side. She is proceeded in death by her parents Nicholas (Nick) Trujillo, Sr. and Lucy, her sister, Angie and brother, Nick, Jr. 
She is survived by her loving children, Patricia Archuleta, Steve Archuleta, Brenda Ortiz (spouse Robert) and Kevin Archuleta. Her grandchildren, Aaron Archuleta and Katherine Lopez (spouse Paul) and her great-grandchildren Lauren, Maya, Lindsey, Mason, and Layla, her brother, Robert, and sister, Marie, and numerous family members. 
She was a long-time employee with Furr’s Cafeteria.  She took pride in her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 
A mass celebrating her life will be held at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi, Santa Fe, NM, on Friday, October 21, 2022 beginning with recital of the rosary and eulogy at 10:30 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian burial.   Internment to take place at a later time.
The family would like to personally thank her doctors and the staff at Mountain View Manor for the exemplary care of our mother.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the nuns at the Carmelite Monastery, 49 Mt. Carmel Rd., Santa Fe, NM, 87505.
