Obituary of Heidi Sue Lucas

Heidi Sue Anderson, 61 years old, was found by an Angel to have transitioned from life with us on Monday, October 3, 2022 Heidi was born in Jacksonville, FL on October 27, 1960 to Howard Sr and Rosemary Anderson – who chose to bring their family to Albuquerque, NM in the 1960s and now precede Heidi in death (1991; 2001) also preceding Heidi is the love of her life, Armon Lucas (1991) may this transition find Heidi and Armon joyfully reunited after spending more than 30 years apart.

Heidi loved greatly. She took pride in helping raise children who would not be stopped by the phrase, “I can’t.” Heidi earned her degree as a medical lab tech – not an easy feat when widowed and with children. She enjoyed many hobbies throughout her life: ballooning, brewing, playing pool, riding, and shooting – just to name a few.        

Heidi is survived by her sons and daughter: Nathaniel (partner, Jessica), Thaddeus, and Naomi (partner, Dylan); her grandchildren: Andrew, Dash, Florence, Malcolm, Sydney, and Riley; her brother: Buddy (wife, Debbi); her niece and nephews: Miriam, Brandon, and Benjamin; great nieces and nephews; cousins. Heidi is also survived by many loving acquaintances and friends. She will be missed.
