Obituary of Robert "Robbie" Lovato

Robert “Robbie” Lovato 66, beloved son, father, brother, and grandfather. Left us to be with the Lord on November 15th, 2022. Robbie was born in Embudo, NM on March 18, 1956. Robbie left behind his daughters, Jennifer Lovato of Santa Fe, Juliette Lovato of Penasco, Roberta Lovato of Santa Fe, his mother Cecilia Lopez of Penasco, NM, his siblings Eileen Beltran of Rio Rancho NM, Peggy Chavez of Grants NM, and Michael Lovato of Santa Fe, Several nieces, nephews, and lastly his beloved grandchildren Faith, Hope, Isaiah, and Bonita all of Santa Fe. 

Robbie enjoyed old fast cars and being a mechanic for most of his life.  He also enjoyed camping with his family and the beauty of Penasco, NM where he did reside in his final years of his life. He was a great dad and grandfather, he loved nothing more than being surrounded by family.  He will be missed by family and friends.

Be not burdened with times of sorrow; I wish for you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life's been full, I savored much, Good friends, good times, a loved one's touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief; Don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and share with me --God wanted me now, God set me free.
