Obituary of Mary Theresa Kellovich

Our mother Mary Theresa Kellovich passed away on January 4, 2023 at the age of 91.  She was born in Prescott, AZ and lived in Albuquerque most of her life.  She was a wonderful loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was always there when we needed her.  She was in banking at Albuquerque National Bank/Sunwest Bank from 1952 until she retired in 1994.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Theresa Kellovich, loving sister, Helena White, brothers, Ernest Moreno, Rudy Kellovich and James Ruiz, niece Kathleen Kellovich-Sanchez.  

She is survived by her daugher, Gina Eichwald and her sons, Paul Ortega (Lisa Cordero), and David Ortega; five grandchildren, Jenna Eichwald and husband Che Bachicha, Jarrod Eichwald, Eric Ortega, Dominic Ortega and Matthew Ortega, six great-granchildren including twins Skylar and Jax Bachicha who were the light of her life, loving niece Karen Kellovich and husband, Nathathan Borrego, and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and cousins. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 4020 Lomas N.E., Albuquerque, New Mexico, Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m and  Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. John Trambley.  Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith N.E., Albuquerque, New Mexico.
