Obituary of Romey Baca

Romey Baca age 66, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, daughter in law, and sister in law went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 with her family by her side. Romey was born in Albuquerque, NM on April 25, 1956. She was a beautiful soul with a loving, caring and giving heart. She had a special love for her family and God. She made a special impact on anyone who knew her, she will be deeply missed and will forever be in our hearts. Romey is survived by her husband Herman Baca, her son Johnny Baca, her sisters Rita Montoya, Theresa Gutierrez, Domey Nestor, Alice Sanchez, her brothers Dennis Gutierrez, Martin Gutierrez, Christopher Gutierrez, mother in law Corrina Sanchez, sister in laws Yvonne Rosales, Debbie Giguere and her nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Willie Gutierrez, her mother Anita Gutierrez and her brother Larry Gutierrez.

A Rosary and Mass Ceremony will be held at Holy Spirit Cathedral on Thursday March 9, 2023 at 10:30am located at 1001 Barelas Rd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, followed by a Funeral Ceremony at San Jose De Armijo Cemetary located at 2957 Arenal Rd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121. A reception will be held back at Holy Spirit Cathedral.
