Len. The happiest memories of you are driving up to the cabin, walking to Santuario, and traveling to Hawaii, Las Vegas and California with us. The most cherished will be sitting around the patio in Pojoaque during the summer, having a cook-out and sharing stories. Thank you for always going to the store to pick up a Rio Grande Sun for us. We love you.
My sincerest condolences to Molly, Christina, Leonard and the rest of Leandro's family. Such a kind, friendly man. We are going to miss that great smile of his. May he RIP.
I always called him "Big Leonard" to this day. To me, he seemed happiest caring for his animals, visiting with his "coffee club" buddies in Pojoaque, and tending to his fruit trees and garden--a living almanac! He made me laugh because he knew everyone in the Pojoaque Valley and they knew him! He knew the history of the Valley too! Big Leonard had a wonderful smile and was a hard working man. We're going to miss you sitting in your big recliner watching Gunsmoke and drinking your Coke.
