Obituary of Edwin Segura

Edwin Joseph Segura was born on December 7th in Taos, NM. He was a devoted husband to Yvette Trujillo Segura. He was a loving son to Jose and Margaret Segura and Yolanda Armenta. Edwin loved the Denver Broncos, the Denver Nuggets, jamming out to Kiss music, camping, gardening and watching old Westerns such as GunSmoke. He also enjoyed King Arthur and legends surrounding the Knights of the Round Table.  He was known to his friends as “Sir Edikiss.” He loved working outside in his yard, building furniture, working on his truck and spending time with his grandchildren. He was known as a joker to his grandchildren and his nieces and nephews. He often joked with them that he was going to “string them up by their toes.” 

 

Edwin is survived by his Wife Yvette Trujillo Segura, His children Nathan Segura (Christina), Chlorissa Segura (Lee), His Step Daughter Deja Maxey, His parents Jose and Margaret Segura and Yolanda Armenta, His Siblings Sandie Wesolowski (Ron), Yvette Segura (Jared),  Kristy Segura , Dell Martinez and James Martinez (Michelle). He also is survived by 7 grandkids and numerous nieces and nephews.
