Obituary of Ramon Juan Vigil

Ramon was taken from us unexpectedly the early morning of April 30, 2023.

Ramon was born on March 02, 2002 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Julie Romero and Orlando Romero. He is survived by his mother and father Julie and Orlando Romero, his sister Valerie Romero, his loving grandfather Ramon R. Vigil and great grandmother Trinidad Tapia, his uncle Raymond P. Vigil and spouse Cliff C. Serrano, aunt Lisa M. Vigil-Gomez and husband Ben J. Gomez, his cousins Joshua Serrano-Vigil, Ashley S. Gomez, and Lindsey S. Gomez.

Ramon was preceded in death by his loving grandmother “Wella” Patsy Vigil, his great grandparents Juan and Lucy Vigil, great grandfather Nicacio Tapia, and cousins Joseph and Monica Tapia.

Ramon was a caring and loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. His smile and sense of humor will never be forgotten. He came into this world as a premature infant and survived being a newborn of just 1lb 2 oz. He became a very handsome young man, and he had many talents and hobbies including his interest in fast cars, handsome dress style, the bling of jewelry, and most of all spending time with his family and friends. Ramon would have given the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He had a heart for people who were less fortunate than him and he gave his heart out to the homeless when he saw them in need. He was very patriotic, he loved his county, and he was ready to fight for it.

It’s with a heavy heart that our beloved Ramon was taken from us by the gun violence that has riddled our cities and our county. He may be gone from this world, but Ramon will forever live in our hearts.

Ramon is now in the presence of our Lord and his love and memories will live on in our hearts forever. Ramon is now rejoicing in heaven with his Wella, Patsy Vigil and other loved ones who have passed on.

Ramon’s life was taken from him too soon at the age of 21 years.

Memorial Services:
