Obituary of Earl Eckstein

Earl Clifford Eckstein, 94, passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023, peacefully at his home. Earl was born on February 17, 1929, in Winterset, Iowa to L.R. and Mary Eckstein. He entered the Army and served in the Korean War. He married the love of his life Viola Green on October 16th, and they raised 3 sons Ronald, Donald, and Dennis Eckstein. In 1972 they relocated from Illinois to New Mexico, where Earl had a television repair business. In his spare time, he did woodworking and traveled with Viola. 

Earl is preceded in death by his loving wife Viola and son Donald Eckstein. He is survived by his sons Ronald Eckstein and Dennis Eckstein and wife Francine, granddaughter April Payan and husband Ernesto, and great-grandson Miguel Angel Payan. Earl's character, wit, and stories will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
