Betty Jo Fischer was born January 16, 1932 to Ernest Elmo and Wilma Airheart. in Mountainair New Mexico. She fell asleep in death on June 15, 2023 in Los Lunas, New Mexico at 91 years of age.
Betty’s father worked as a foreman for the W.P.A after the depression therefore the family moved all over New Mexico. This resulted in Betty changing schools 23 times! Sometimes in and out of school systems 2 or 3times over school career. While in high school in McNary, Arizona. Betty was a cheerleader and a glee club member. Her voice was absolutely beautiful. As the editor of her high school annual, she did all its artwork and illustrations. She was also voted the prettiest girl in school and wanted to be a F.B.I agent.
She then met, and married the love of her life, William F. Fischer Jr. on July 15, 1950 and spent the next 60 years of her life in Holbrook, Arizona. Betty ran a 24/7 restaurant at Holbrook truck terminal for years she was seldom in bed before midnight and up at 5 AM to start the day again. In 1975, Betty and her husband took care of and later adopted a baby girl with special needs named Nicky. The doctor said Nicky probably wouldn’t live long. Yet because of the love and amazing care she received, Niki live to be 42 years old.
Betty love to draw and won many awards. A talent she passed down to her children and grandchildren.
Betty loved animals, riding horses, cooking and taking care of people. She was well known for her love and compassion. Many still talk about how she came to their aid, giving them food and shelter. Betty was a true caregiver.
In 1993 Betty became one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She loved to share the good news of God‘s kingdom and it’s many blessings. One of her favorite scriptures was Revelations 21:4 “ and he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will no more, neither will morning or outcry, nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. “ Bettys outer beauty was only surpassed by her inner qualities which continue to radiate throughout her life. Among her dearest joys were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Showing them with motherly love and comfort hugs and kisses.

Song 139
See yourself when all is new! ( Revelation 21:1-5)
1. Just see yourself, just see me, too; Just see us all in a world that is new. Think how you’ll feel, how it will be, to live in peace, to be truly free. No evil one will then, prevail. Rule by our God, cannot ever fail. The time will have come for a new earthly start, the song of our praises will pour from our heart.
(CHORUS)
“ We thank you, our God for all you have done. All things are new by the rule of your son. The fullness of our heart overflow in our song. All glory and honor and praise to be long.”
2.Now see yourself, and see me too; and look ahead to the world that is sight wesight we see, no sound we hear will cause alarm or give rise to fear. All has come true, just as he said, now over mankind, his tent is spead. He now will awaken those sleeping and death, their voices will join ours with ev’ry grateful breath.
(CHORUS) “ We thank you, our God for all you have done. All things are new by the rule of your son. The fullness of our heart overflow in our song. All glory and honor and praise to be long.”

Life Without End-At Last (John 3:16)
1. Can you see with your minds eye, people dwell together? Sorrow has passed Peace at last! Life without tears and pain. (CHORUS) Sing out with joy of the heart! You too can have a part. Live for the day when you’ll say, Life without end, at last”
2. In those days all will be young, all at peace with Jehovah. Troubles are gone, from now on, no need to weep or fear. (CHORUS) Sing out with joy of the heart! You too can have a part. Live for the day when you’ll say, Life without end, at last”.
3. Paradise all will enjoy as we sing of God’s glory. Long as we live, we will give Honor and praise to God. (CHORUS) Sing out with joy of the heart! You too can have a part. Live for the day when you’ll say, Life without end, at last”
