Obituary of Billy Dean Rolan

Billy Dean Rolan, Born in Clovis, NM on March 4, 1954, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2023. Born in Clovis, NM, his family moved and Billy lived most of his life in Visalia, CA and worked as an Insurance Agent. He later moved to Albuquerque, NM for the last 25 years.

He is survived by his Partner in Life Barbara Jacinto for the last 10 years. His Mother Elenor Joan Lackey (Zielkie); his Father Travis Dean Rolan.

Billy loved to fish and Kayak and spent many weekends at our beautiful lakes in NM including Cochiti, Bluewater, Elephant Butte, Rama, Santa Cruz, and Santa Rosa lake – Kayaking, Fishing, Camping. He was quick to tell others that life is short and get out there and enjoy what we have.

Billy Rolan’s cremation will take place at Riverside Funeral Home after a private family service on Thursday, July 20, 2023.
