Obituary of Lucille Dorothy Abeyta

Lucille Dorothy Abeyta, 82, of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Passed away on September 11, 2023. She was born on May 24, 1941. In Albuquerque New Mexico, Lucille was a loving mother, a devoted wife, and a cherished grandmother. Her kind and caring nature touched the lives of everyone she knew.

Lucille was a strong women who faced many challenges and some hardships in her life with courage and dignity. She always put the needs of her family before her own needs and was known for her selflessness. Lucille was known for her exceptional cooking and her delicious meals brought joy and comfort to her loved ones. She took pride in keeping her house spotless and created a warm and welcoming environment for her family.

Lucille is survived by her husband Edward (Waldo) Abeyta, her 2 brothers and 1 sister, her 8 children, 23 grandchildren, 36 Great-Grandchildren 4 Great-Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in in death by both her parents, 2 brothers, 3 sisters, her first husband Larry Jaramillo, Her son Julian (Bobo) Jaramillo, Grandson Lorenzo Jaramillo and her Granddaughter Alicia Jaramillo, Great-Great Grandson Baby Erik Krahn Jr.

A funeral service will be held in honor of Lucille on Friday, October 13, 2023, at 9:00am at St. Francis Xavier Church located at 820 Broadway Blvd. SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102. Following the Mass Services a burial will take place at Mount Calvary cemetery, located at 1900 Edith Blvd. SE 87102, Following will be a reception at the American legion Post 13, located at 1201 Legion Rd. NE 87102

Lucille Dorothy Abeyta will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will forever live in the hearts of her family and friends.
