Obituary of Randall Marvin Givler

Randall Marvin Givler passed away on November 1, 2023. He was born on May 20, 1952, in Kansas City, Kansas to Marvin Russell Givler and Willa Belle (Barnett) Givler. Randy was a loving husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He graduated from Manzano High School in 1970. He proudly served in the United States Seabees. He worked in the paving construction industry for 40 years with Albuquerque Asphalt, Ashland Paving in Florida, and Salls Brothers Construction in Albuquerque. After retirement he worked for AB Tire Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his only brother Russell Givler.

 He is survived by his loving wife Mary Givler, daughter Karen Armstrong and husband Brad, grandchildren Tyler, Brayden, Anabelle and Christian, stepdaughter Brittany McPherson Jones and husband Phillip and grandchildren Emma, Cael, Noah, Jace and Leah. Also surviving sister-in-law Ruth Givler, three special nieces Stacy Sanchez (Doug), Amber O’Donnell (Chris), and Toni Maestas, one great-niece, five great nephews and one great-great- niece. Randy will be greatly missed, but the memories will last forever.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 11:00am at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9100 Menaul Blvd, NE Albuquerque, NM 87112. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made in Randy’s name to St. Luke Lutheran Church Youth or to TACA (Autism).
