Cunico, a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, and passionate artist, was born on August 5, 1943, and, after a 5-year battle with multiple myeloma, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2023, surrounded by his family.Bill and his wife, Mertice Cunico, shared 60 years of joy together, creating a life filled with love and laughter. They found happiness in tending to their garden, raising chickens, savoring the simple pleasures of daily coffee rituals, expressing their creativity through art, and engaging in spirited games of gin rummy.Bill was not only a family man but also an avid hunter who reveled in the outdoors. He cherished the annual hunting trips with his son, Craig, and grandsons, creating enduring memories in the midst of nature.Bill is survived by his loving wife, Mertice Cunico, who stood by his side through every joy and challenge. His legacy lives on through his daughter, Kelly Madrid, and her husband, Mario Madrid, along with their three children, Katie, Jake, and Juliana. Additionally, he is survived by his son, Craig Cunico, and his wife, Heather Cunico, along with their four children, Dom, Logan, Mack, and Gabe.Bill's warm spirit, creative soul, love for his family, and passion for the great outdoors will forever be cherished in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
