Obituary of Adrian W. Carrillo

 

Adrian Carrillo, age 58, went to be with our Lord and Savior on April 5, 2024, in Albuquerque, NM.  He was born to Nick and Mary Carrillo in 1966 in Albuquerque, NM.  Adrian served in the US Navy from 1983 through 1989 serving as a Cryptologic Technician Technical.  While serving our country he traveled to Scottland, London, France, Amsterdam, and Germany.  Soon after returning to Albuquerque, he began working for Motorola, later CTS.  He eventually received his associate degree in mechanical technologies and was employed by CNM for 18 years.

 

He met his soul mate, Linda, at the age of 24 and had 2 beautiful children with her.  He loved spending time with family and friends.  He enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. with his wife and kids.  He constantly joked around and always lightened the mood wherever he went.  He left us cherished memories we will keep with us forever.

 

He is survived by his mother Mary Carrillo; his wife of 31 years Linda Carrillo, his daughter Maria Carrillo and his son Adrian Carrillo, Jr.  As well as his sister Suzette Martinez, her husband Ed, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

 

Adrian’s services will be held at Riverside Funeral Home, located at 225 San Mateo Blvd in Albuquerque, NM on Wednesday, April 24 from 10-12am with burial to follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:00pm. Reception to be held after at 4:30pm at the American Legion Post 72 located at 5107 Central Ave NW Albuquerque, NM 87105.
