Obituary of Mary L Baca

Baca, Mary L., a resident of Albuquerque since 1947, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2012 following a short illness. She is survived by three sons, Joe Baca and wife Oleta, Ft. Worth, Tx., Richard (Ricky) Baca and Greg Baca, both of Albuquerque; one daughter, Margie Baca and partner Theresa Lopez of Albuquerque; one sister, Vita Chavez and husband Fermin; one brother, Gregorio Lopez and wife Josie, all of Albuquerque; her special caregiver Leticia Montez of Albuquerque; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delfin Baca, on February 2, 1997; two sons, Anthony Baca on October 8, 1989 and Louie Baca on August 11, 2011; daughter-in-law Yolanda Baca on March 20, 2012; grandson, Louie Baca, Jr. on July 26, 2005; four sisters and five brothers. She was a member of the Catholic Church. The rosary will be recited Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 6:00p.m. at St. Anne's Church, 1400 Arenal Road SW. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, December 10, 2012 at 10:00a.m. at St. Anne's Church with Father Frank Prieto officiating. Entombment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2012 from 10am to 7pm and Friday, December 7, 2012 from 8am to 7pm and Saturday, December 8, 2012 from 8am until 2pm and Sunday, December 9, 2012 from 8am until 5pm all at Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque, 225 San Mateo Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Phil Ortega, Michael Roybal, Anthony Rolla, Albert (Beto) Lopez, Jerry Sanchez and Pablo Zamora. Honorary pallbearers will be Fermin Chavez, Gregorio Lopez, Steve Naccaratto and Gary Naccaratto. Arrangements entrusted to Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque, 225 San Mateo Blvd. NE, 764-9663.
