Obituary of Carolyn E De Santiago

Carolyn E. De Santiago, age 71, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 07, 2014 in Albuquerque. She was born September 24, 1942 to Carl Woodrow Roller and Nellie Virginia Call in Columbus, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents; her late husband, Alejo (A.J.) De Santiago; daughters, Brenda Twining and Connie Dowell; son, John Allen Gerhardt, may their precious souls rest in peace. Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Annie Crisp and husband Stan, Karen Urbach, Theresa Lucero, and Michelle Ferguson; her sons, Joe De Santigo and wife Selena, Shane De Santiago, Tony Galvan, and Jesse Galvan; her grandchildren, Matt Ford, Ramon Segura, Staci Urbach, Bradley Urbach, Kay Gerhardt, Danielle Gerhardt, Emily Nixon, Jonathan Nixon, Jessica Nixon, Joey Segura, Stephanie Gonzalez, Mark Twining Jr., Brandy Bray, Pablo De Santiago, June De Santiago, Alonso Magallanes, Daniel Magallanes and wife Crystal, Francisco Apodaca and wife Cynthia, Estrella Perry and husband Kegan, Querida Marmolejo and husband Rafael, Daniel Magallanes Jr., Damian Magallanes, Leon Magallanes, and Dylan Magallanes; and great-grandchildren, Castiel Marmolejo, Kelsey Madison, Savannah Gonzalez, Alonso Magallanes Jr., Elijah, Brendan, Brylee, Brydan, John, Elliot, Issac, Anthony, Noah, Audriana, Mark Jr., Timothy and Logan. All services will be held at the Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque chapel beginning with a visitation on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 6:00 PM, followed by a Celebration Service at 7:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 11:30 AM also at the Riverside Funeral Home chapel. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00 PM.
