Obituary of Maria Dominga Tenorio Solano

Tenorio, Maria Dominga, age 101, born August 4, 1912, went home to be with the Lord on November 11, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents, Zenon and Maria Tenorio; brother, Santiago "Jimmie Joe" and Crescencio Tenorio; husband, Pedro Cordova and daughter, Julia Cordova and son-in-law Enrique. Maria is survived by her daughter, Lugardita Aguirre and son-in-law Tony; son, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Cordova; 25 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. A viewing will take place on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 6:00 PM, followed by recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque, located at 225 San Mateo Blvd NE., with Deacon Edgar Torres officiating. A final viewing will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 10:30 AM at San Martin De Porres Parish, located at 8321 Camino San Martin SW with Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park; located at 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Maria's great-grandsons, Bryan and Dennis Jr. Cordova, Isaiah and David Cordova, Andrew and Adrian Dominguez, Dominic Rael and Johnny Ray Sedillo. Maria was loveable and feisty and she will be remembered and loved. "Fill us with your love and we will sing for joy."
