Obituary of Donald \ Kvatek

Donald "Don" Frank Kvatek, age 64, was born November 30, 1947 in Cleveland, OH to the late Frank and Frances Kvatek and passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 8, 2011. Don graduated from John Marshall High School in Cleveland, was active in the Ohio Army National Guard from 1969 to 1975, and worked many years in insurance until his retirement. He had many loves in life which included his Vizsla dogs, Forest, Spud, Magyar, and Amber. Don also loved traveling, the outdoors, competitive gun shooting, and the Cleveland Browns. He spent his last years in Elephant Butte, NM where he enjoyed life to its fullest with his friends. He is survived by his son Christopher Kvatek and his wife Jessica; grandchildren Brianna and Jacob Kvatek; cousins, Al Kvatek and his wife Shirley and Nancy Wachob as well as numerous dear friends. A Celebration of Don's life will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012, in Elephant Butte, NM. Arrangements are entrusted to Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque, 225 San Mateo Blvd. NE
