Obituary of Lawrence Filimon Martinez

Lawrence Filimon Martinez, age 40, born January 12, 1973, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 in Santa Fe, NM due to a lengthy illness. He is preceded in death by his father, Filimon Martinez; his maternal grandparents, Guadalupe Leyba & Nicholas Gonzalez and paternal grandparents, George & Sophia Martinez, and Leonard & Helen Akes. Mr. Martinez is survived by his children, Justina and Lawrence Martinez and their mother, Aline Akes; his mother, Ferminia; sisters, Janette, Priscilla, Marie, and Desaray; brothers, Ivan and Theodore as well as many nieces ,nephews and many other relatives and friends. A viewing will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at 11:00 AM followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 11:30 AM all at the Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque Chapel, located at 225 San Mateo Blvd. NE, (505)764-9663.
