Obituary of Richard G Metzgar

Richard G Metzgar (hon) 1929 was called home to be with our Lord on Thursday, October 10, 2013. Richard dedicated his life to Law Enforcement before retiring as a Captain for the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department. In addition to his service in Law Enforcement, he was also a long time proud member of the Fraternal Order of Police. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Olivia A Metzgar; sons, Larry, Richard Jr, William and Louie Metzgar; grandsons, Jude and Angelo Metzgar; great-grandchildren, Mercedes, Matthew and Angelica as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
