Obituary of William J. Milliman

William J. Milliman, age 84, a resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 after a quiet and courageous battle with cancer. Mr. Milliman was a WW II and Korean Conflict veteran having served in the United States Air Force. Mr. Milliman enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, writing poems, reading, solving puzzles, and most importantly, a good cup of coffee. He was preceded in death by a sister, June Donahue. Mr. Milliman is survived by his wife of fifty seven years, Maria; daughter, Karen St. Clair and husband, Bryan; son, Jim Milliman and wife, Margie; grandchildren, Kristin Schultz and husband, Chris, Stephen Spiess and wife, Indira, and Amber and Tiffani Milliman; great-grandchildren, Cassidy "Peanut" and Cameron Schultz; sister, Bonita Leopold; sister-in-law, Sarah Good and husband, Dennis; and many nieces, nephew, and other family members. A committal service at Santa Fe National Cemetery with full Military Honors will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 10:30 AM.
