Obituary of Timothy Montoya

Timothy Montoya, age 42, a resident of Pecos, NM, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 due to a sudden illness. He was a loving, son, husband, father, grandson, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend. Timothy was a caring and loving person. He was loved by many, and he touched many people's hearts. Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Montoya, and Uncle, Clarence Moya. He is survived by his wife, Amanda Montoya; his sons, Timothy, Isaac and Joshua; his mother and stepfather, Veronica and James Lopez; his brothers, Gerard and wife Kimberly Lopez, Max and wife Ashley Lopez, and Demi Lopez; his sister, Victoria and husband Shaun Lopez; his grandparents, Phil and Rose Moya; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Herman and Carla Rodriguez; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Herman and Teresa Rodriguez, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be missed by many people, but he will live in our hearts and minds forever. Please join us for his resting at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tome, on Saturday February 22, 2014, beginning with visitation at 9:30 AM, followed by recitation of the Rosary at 10:00 AM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, with interment to follow at the Tome Catholic Cemetery.
