Obituary of Victor A. Montoya

MONTOYA -- Victor A. Montoya, 24, a resident of Albuquerque died Tuesday, August 28, 2007. He is survived by his mother Ruth M. Chavez and father Ben Montoya, step-mother Susan Montoya; sisters Crystal Montoya, Anna Chavez, Kanisha, Megan and Katie; grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Benito Montoya, Nadine Padilla, Mr. & Mrs. Andrew Sanchez. Funeral services will be held at Riverside Funeral Home at 225 San Mateo NE on Saturday, September 1, 2007 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., with burial immediately following at Sunset Memorial Park. A reception celebrating his life will be held immediately after burial services at American Legion Post 49 located at 11005 Central NE. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union for "The Victor Montoya Memorial Fund". Pallbearers are Paul Chavez, Richard Sanchez Jr., Richard Sanchez, Jason Montoya, John Montoya, and Rudy Montoya. Funeral and graveside services officiated by Paul Chavez Sr.
