Obituary of Bea Nuch

Bea Nuch, age 81, passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2012. She is survived by her sister, Thelma Heckman and her husband, Charles of Hobe Sound, FLA; and her dear friends, Sandy, Judy, and Cathy. Mrs. Nuch was preceded in death by her loving husband, Herbie Nuch who passed away in 1987. Bea Nuch was a bold and adventurous lady. She came to Albuquerque some seventeen years ago on a whim, fell in love, and made this her home. She actually became quite territorial and referred to the Sandia Mountains as "her mountains". Bea worked at Page One Too where she reigned over the mystery section; yet, she could locate or direct you to anything your heart desired. Her twinkling blue eyes, ready smile, and quirky sense of humor sent you on your way with the perfect book and a smile on your face. Although she had retired several years ago, no matter where she went it was inevitable that someone would recognize her and tell her how much she was missed. Now it is our turn to say, "God speed" to this dear and loving friend. We will celebrate Bea's life from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 30, 2012 in the Yucca Room at Three Fountains Apartments, 2204 Lester Dr. NE.
