Obituary of Clorinda J Ortiz

Clorinda J. Aunt Cha-Chi Ortiz, age 77, a resident of Albuquerque, was called home to our Lord on Friday, January 3, 2014. She was born March 19, 1936 in Clayton, NM to Eduardo Sintas and Maria Elisa (Salazar) Sintas. Clorinda is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Steven John Ortiz; three sisters, Gertrude Aragon, Pauline Montoya, and Mary E. Arguello; five brothers, Jack Sintas, Bill Sintas, Eli Sintas, Johnny Sintas, and Jess Trujillo, may their souls rest in peace. She had a great love for her husband and family, and was warm and caring, and will live in a special place in the hearts of her beloved husband and children. Clorinda is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Gilbert Ortiz; daughters, Claudia J. Ortiz, Suzanna O'Rourke and husband Patrick; sons, Alex Ortiz, Bill Ortiz and companion Ronda Hunsley, and Gilbert Ortiz; a sister, Ernestine (Tina) Sintas; granddaughter, Candice Ortiz; grandsons, Angelo Ortiz, Estevan Ortiz, Ricardo Sisneros, and Robert Sisneros; great grandson, Robert Sisneros. Clorinda also leaves behind many nephews and nieces, friends, neighbors and acquaintances. She will be dearly missed by everyone. Cremation will take place and services times are pending.
