Obituary of Charles C Sanchez

Charles C. Sanchez, age 63, a resident of Albuquerque, NM, went to meet our Lord on Thursday, December 26, 2013. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Margarete Sanchez; sister, Sandra Lopez; Grandson, Cecil Sanchez and daughter-in-law, Michelle Sanchez. Charles is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Gracie; daughters, Darlene Sanchez, Renee Sanchez, Debbie and husband, Patrick Chavez, Roberta and husband, Dave Young; son, Carlos Sanchez; 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; his loving sisters, Magdelena Martinez and husband, Gene, Bernadette and husband, Ruben Griego, Hilda Herrera, Gloria Bono, Lettie and husband, JR Sandoval, Lillie and husband, Scott Marsh and Myrna Hidalgo as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A viewing will take place on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 5:00 PM followed by recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM, at the Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque Chapel. A Mass of Resurrection will take place on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, located at 309 Stover Ave. SW., with cremation to follow.
