Obituary of Helen L Sanchez

Sanchez, Helen, 74, passed away at her home on October 4, 2012. Helen was born on February 20, 1938 in Belen, New Mexico. She was a longtime resident of Los Padillas. She was employed by Sanchez Bus Company for forty-four years, and loved bussing the children to school. Helen loved the company of family and friends, and also enjoyed playing Bingo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nepumoceno Sanchez; her sons Nep Sanchez Jr, and Isidro (Iceman) Sanchez; her parents Alberta and Quirino Lucero and her brother Albert Lucero. Helen is survived by her son Ray Sanchez and his wife Cathy and their sons Quirino and Roland, her daughter in law Della Sanchez; grandchildren Nep III and his wife Suzanne, Yolanda, Kathleen, Patricia, Edward and his fiancée Amber, Jillian, David, Adam and his wife Anna; and her great granddaughter Casey. She is also survived by her sisters Maria Jaramillo, Nora Lucero, Frances Vella and her husband Manuel, Geniveve Flores and her husband Paul, and her brother Raymond Lucero. Helen was a loving mother and grandmother, who will be deeply missed. Cremation will take place, and Memorial Services are pending at this time.
