Obituary of Norma Scarberry

Norma Scarberry, age 88, peacefully passed away on September 21, 2013. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to NM in 1960. Norma will be remembered for her amazing fiddle/violin music, her creative needlepoint, her humor, and her unconditional love of family and friends. Norma is survived by children, Ted Scarberry and wife, Angie, Bob Scarberry and wife, Nila; five grandchildren, Diane Nanos, Darla Tresise, Donna Pool and husband, Dan, TJ Scarberry and wife, Mandy, Tim Scarberry and wife, Andrea. She also has eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, Ted O. Scarberry and daughter, Sue Poppe. A celebration of Norma's life will be held Friday, October 11, 2013,1:30 PM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, located at 1100 Indian School Rd. NE. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Animal Humane NM, 615 Virginia St. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
