Obituary of Beryl E Schwanitz

Beryl E. Schwanitz died December 18, 2012 in Albuquerque with several family members at her side. She was born in Oxford, England on August 21, 1935. She is survived by Edward Schwanitz her husband of 56 years; sisters Heather Goodwin and Karen Gilbert of Oxford, England; sons Paul Schwanitz, David Schwanitz and wife Liz Schwanitz, Alan Schwanitz and wife Karen Champine, Cary Schwanitz and wife Gail Schwanitz and son Ian Schwanitz. In addition, Beryl had the good fortune of loving 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. There are countless other children who grew up at the feet of Teacher Beryl during her 20 years at Kindercare in Taylor Ranch. She was never much of a fan of flowers, especially during difficult times like this. Intead, please send a donation to the VHL Family Alliance. You can donate at vhl.org. Services are set for January 3rd at St. Jude Thaddeus Church at 5712 Paradise Boulevard NW in Albuquerque. A rosary is set for 11:30 am. A memorial mass will begin at noon. Immediately after the Schwanitz family invites Beryl's many friends to celebrate her life and loving legacy at the St. Jude reception hall.
