Obituary of David Roman Tafoya

TAFOYA, DAVID RAMON, 35, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and friends on Thursday, April 11, 2013. David is survived by his mother, Beatrice; brother, Jeremiah; sister, Rosemarie; nephews, Godson, Micheal Tafoya and Noah Rogers; his best friend, Anthony Saiz and wife, Pam and their daughter, Ailani; numerous aunts, uncles, other family members and friends; and by his beloved dog Lany. David was preceded in death by his father, Freddie Tafoya and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2013 in the Riverside Funeral Home Chapel. A second visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. unitl 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 15, 2013 at the Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers are James Tafoya, Anthony Saiz, Matthew Jaramillo, Micheal Tafoya, Raymond Bachicha and Daniel Saiz. Honorary pallbearers: his beloved brother, Jeremiah Tafoya, Bobby Saiz, Andrew Tafoya, and Robert Garcia.
