Obituary of Charlie Trujillo

Charlie Trujillo, 49, of Los Lunas, NM, was called home Monday to sit at the side of Our Father. He passed April 1, 2013 surrounded by family who loved him dearly. Charlie loved life. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time with his family. Charlie was a loving father, brother, grandfather, and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents and his fiancé Delilah Artiaga. He is survived by his parents, Vicky and Cheo Trujillo; his sisters, Jennifer Trujillo-Sanders and her husband Dave Sanders, and Debi Trujillo, his children Derik Chavez and wife Erica Chavez, and Amber Trujillo; his grandchildren, Damian and Dayah Chavez; his nephews, Jared and Justin Sanders, and his extended family. Special thank you to friends of the family for their loving care and support and continued prayers. Also thanks to Riverside Funeral Home for assisting with the arrangements. The family will receive friends beginning at 6:30 PM on Thursday, April 4, 2013 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:30 PM at San Clemente Parish. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM also at the Church. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
