Obituary of Michael Clyde Vinyard

Michael Clyde Vinyard, age 59, born September 16, 1954, passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2014. Michael was a devoted husband and father, and a retired Air Force Major, who also worked with the Paralyzed Veterans of America and the State of New Mexico. His hobbies included riding motorcycles, drag racing, photography and traveling. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Tucker Vineyard; and brother, Jim. He is survived by wife, Rena; his daughter, Margaret Diaz and husband Jose; his sons, Dale Jones, Paul, and Kenneth Vinyard; his father, J.V. Vinyard and wife Ruby Jane; his brother, Rob Vinyard and wife Becky; his granddaughter, Ava Diaz and numerous nieces and nephews and family friends. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 5:00 PM, at the Hope in the Desert Episcopal Church, located at 8700 Alameda NE, 87112, with the Funeral service to be celebrated at 6:00 PM.
