Obituary of Christina Santistevan

Christina Santistevan passed away November 15, 2021 at Rust Medical Center in Rio Rancho, NM at the age of 54. She was a wonderful mother, a loving grandmother, and caring friend. Christina was an excellent grandmother and enjoyed playing games with her children and grandchildren. She was an avid reader and enjoyed arts and crafts of all kinds. She graduated from Del Norte High School in 1985. Christina was preceded in death by her father, Mariano “Frank” Gutierrez, and her husband Myron Santistevan. She is survived by her son, David Santistevan his wife, Meeka Santistevan, grandchildren Rhea, Myra and her third grandchild on the way, Kora, her daughter, Sabrina Santistevan, her mother Betty L. Gutierrez, her sister, Rebecca Ortiz, husband Leonard Ortiz and niece Claire Ortiz, sister Genera Gutierrez and husband Ken Herring, and brother, Mark Gutierrez. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by those who knew her. Her life will be celebrated by a memorial service held at 4PM December 4th 2021 at the Triumph Centre, 7800 Holbrook St. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87122. Family asks that all who attend please wear face masks and practice social distancing.
