Obituary of Mae Meagher

Mae Meagher, 94, passed away on Dec. 8, 2021. She was raised in Santa Fe until moving to Albuquerque where she called home. She retired from Albuquerque Publishing Co. (Journal/Tribune.     

                She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Everette Meagher; her parents, William and Carolina (Carrie) Byers; sister, Geneva (Orlando) Martinez; brothers, Jack (Selina), Joe (Lyda), Ernest (Irene) and Billy (Josie) Byers. She is survived by her loving sons, Douglas, Mark and wife Charmaine; grandson, Josh, great-grandchildren Abby, Noah, and Violet; her loving cats Chester, Elmer, Brownie, and Charlie; and numerous other dear family and friends.

                Viewing and Rosary will be held Wednesday, January 19th, 2022 4-6pm at Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo Blvd NE. Funeral Mass Thursday January 20th at 9am, Holy Family Catholic Church, 526 Atrisco Dr. SW.

Burial at the Santa Fe National Cemetery will be at a later date due to covid.
