Obituary of Donicio Juan Martinez Sr.

Donicio Juan Martinez Sr. was called by our Lord on February 28th, 2022 at the age of 79. He was a lifetime resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was born on June 24th, 1942, in Alameda NM to Lonicio and Concepcion (Chonita) Stevens Martinez.

He is preceded in death by parents: Lonicio and Concepcion (Chonita) Stevens Martinez; daughter Adela Martinez; brother Loyola Stevens; sisters Rosalie Stevens and Theresa Martinez.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Martinez of 55 years; son, Donicio Martinez Jr.; daughters, Cindy Martinez, Rebecca Martinez and Anamarie Regino Martinez. grandaughters: Stephanie, Adriana and Marissa Mendez. Julianna and Olivia Mays.

He is also survived by siblings: Lugie Romo and husband Rick, Vicentita Gutierrez and husband Tomas, Jeanette Duran, Adolfo Martinez and wife Lorriane. Uncle Onofre Stevens and many other relatives and friends.

He was a member of Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Parish.
