Obituary of Rosabelle T Martinez

Rosabelle Martinez, 88, of Velarde, NM passed away on June 25, 2022 peacefully in her home.

Rosabelle was born on July 13, 1933 to Pedro and Severiana Trujillo in Hernandez, NM.

In 1952, Rosabelle met Gilbert and married and went on to have 3 sons.

Rosabelle was predeceased by Father Pedro Trujillo,  Mother Severiana Trujillo, Brothers Jose Trujillo, Leroy Trujillo, Luis Trujillo, and Pedro trujillo, Sisters  Senovia Padilla, Eloisa Maez, and Regina Bartlett. Father-in-law Ruben Martinez, Mother-in Law Eufimia Martinez, Brother-in-law Jose Aldfredo Martinez, Brother-in-law Felipe Martinez, and Grandson Carey Martinez Jr. She is survived by Her Husband Gilbert Martinez, Son’s Joseph and Victoria Martinez, Carey and Jane Eileen Martinez and Lawrence and Doreen Martinez, Brother Joe Trujillo, Sister Clorinda Trujillo-Martinez, Grandchildren Karen Martinez,  Amanda Martinez, Elizabeth Martinez, Wesley Martinez, Lorenzo Martinez, Stephanie Martinez,Andi Martinez and Linzi Martinez. Great Grandchildren Emilio Manzanarez, Audrey Martinez, Alyssa Rodriguez, Albert Rodriguez, Ashlynn Villegas & Aaliyah Martinez, and Maddie Martinez. Great Great Grand Children - Marty Trujillo & Amylah Trujillo.

A private family service will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Velarde, NM on July 13, 2022. With a Rosary at 10:00am, and Funeral Mass at 11:00am. The family requests that all vistors wear a mask, and practice COVID safe guidelines.
