Obituary of Trinidad E. Martinez

On January 02,2024, Trinidad E. Martinez, at the age of 85, passed away at home peacefully while surrounded by his loved ones. He was a convicted man of deep faith and perseverance. He was preceded in death by his parents Luis and Gregoria Martinez, two brothers, three sisters and son Troy Serna. A loving father, brother and grandfather, he is survived by his daughter Julie Saiz, son Bobby and his wife Becky Serna, two sisters Angela Smith and Joanne Macias, seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was born in Las Vegas NM. Where he enlisted in the Navy and was honorably discharged in 1963. He went on to college and graduated with a masonry degree. He became known for his skill and creativity in bricklaying. He will be remembered for his quick wit, his infectious smile, for his love of Dean Martin and oldies music, but most of all he will be remembered for his for his kind, loving, compassionate and generous heart.
