Christopher Clarke “PopPop” Rogers passed away peacefully on April 23, 2024, due to heart and kidney failure.  He was born in El Paso (Ft. Bliss), Texas, on May 17, 1948, and lived as a military brat in many parts of the world, including Germany, Japan, West Point, New York, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and Ft.
